Our Make Up artist Edita offers three brow services at the salon:
1. Henna Brows
Wouldn’t it be great to wake up in the morning with your eyebrows ready to go? Henna Brows are a new concept and represent a whole new age in eyebrow tinting.
Suitable for all skin tones and hair textures, Henna Brows work by tinting the skin beneath the brow hairs to add fullness and depth, camouflaging sparse brows.
Henna is a natural dye, an extract of the henna tree, which has been used as a hair and fabric dye and in make ups since Egyptian times. It helps restore damaged brows while giving you a perfect arch and a natural look. Henna Brow naturally fills brow gaps and promotes hair growth.
This all-natural, vegan friendly treatment is more effective than regular tinting, and sets to a lustrous, powdery finish which can last up to 2 weeks on the skin, and 4 weeks on the brow hair shaft depending on your skin type (naturally dryer skin types can expect them to last a little longer than those with oilier complexions).
2. Eyebrow Lamination
Our second brow service is eyebrow lamination – a recent, semi-permanent grooming trend, which is basically like a perm for your eyebrows, giving them a set shape for an extended period of time. The treatment works similarly to a lash lift, opening up the eyes. It lifts the hair from the roots, leaving a ‘brushed up’ look, which hides gaps and gives the illusion of major hair growth.
The process involves applying a gentle vegan solution which straightens the eyebrow hairs and make them flexible, so that they all stand in the desired direction. Next, a hydrating serum is applied to hydrate the hairs. A natural tint is added at the end to give the brow the fullest possible effect, leaving you with a bushier, more defined yet natural-looking brows which need little-to-no maintenance.
The treatment lasts 6 to 8 weeks depending on the individual. Edita will be happy to advise you on the best after-care practices to help get the longest life out of your treatment.
3. 3D Brows
Introducing the amazing 3D natural eyebrow design with long lasting eyebrow tint! A similar effect to HD brows, 3D Brows allows you to choose your own look, whether natural or dramatic. A long lasting tint is used which stains the skin to fill in any gaps or sparse areas and lasts 2-3 weeks.
